Responsibilities

•Instructing and familiarizing customers in the operation of CT and MRI systems at the user''s location..

•Provide clinical advice to improve use of the system and ancillary equipment.

•Advise customers of system upgrades and their impact.

•Interfacing with service and sales organization to assure customer satisfaction including problem solving and resolution of any issues.

•Revisiting sites and providing telephone support on a timely basis to experienced users to check progress and provide solutions for current issues/trends.

•Assisting sales personnel in demonstration of equipment, offering clinical/technical advice to potential customers. Participating in applications and/or sales meetings, trade shows, and seminars.

•Evaluation of imaging department operation, reviewing this information with Sales, Services and Customer, then if requested, recommend improvements in overall utilization of resources in the department.

Qualifications

 •Degree in radiology technology or diagnostic/digital imaging or equivalent.

•Three years clinical experience at a hospital or imaging center, preferably previous applications experience.

•Excellent verbal communication skills.
