I am looking for a Field Service Engineer for my client a global leader in
Biotech systems to cover South West Germany and Switzerland. The role is home
based and would be located within the assigned region. The Field Service
Engineer (FSE) is the primary interface with the customer in providing the
on-site service of installations, troubleshooting, repairs and routine
maintenance of equipment and systems. QUALIFICATIONS
A high level of technical knowledge, communication, troubleshooting and customer
handling / interpersonal skills required. Working knowledge and experience with
Microsoft office.
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Lasers & associated Optics
- Electro-mechanical Devices
- Liquid handling
- Robotic systems
- Molecular Biology
- DNA preparation / Handling
French or German as a primary language, with fluent working ability in
both written and spoken English
Applicant must have the ability to read, analyze, and follow schematic
diagrams, and service procedures
