The role is to develop and communicate the vision and direction of the range with regional Marketing and Sales Team

• Promote product portfolio development that inspires future customer needs, with a focus on Women's Health
• Market research on trends of industry, customers and competition
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers/ networks/ opinion leaders
• Lead development of the regional IVD products marketing budgets for regional business plan
• Lead team of currently three local Marketing Managers to develop and implement local marketing plans

• Bachelor or higher degree in relevant scientific discipline, e.g. Molecular biology
• Fluent in spoken and written English, preferentially also German
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales, ideally in diagnostics industry
• Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to make things happen
• Willingness to travel (~30%)
