My client manufactures MOCVD systems for production and
research of Compound Semiconductor materials by industry customers and research
institutions worldwide.
They are looking for a Process Scientist to provide Customer Support in
process and system service within the Operations team. The role
will cover initiating start up process for newly installed MOCVD systems
and give “growth” demonstrations at customer sites in the USA , Asia and Europe. The
Process Scientist will also provide after sales process support to customers
as well as Sales and Marketing both on-site and from the Cambridge office.
Qualifications
* Background in III-V/GaN growth technology and the semiconductor industry
* Masters degree or higher in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or other
appropriate discipline.
* Customer orientated with experience in providing a high level of Customer
Service Support.
* Good communicators and possess excellent rapport building skills.
* Extremely enthusiastic and reliable with a positive attitude.
* Adaptable and capable of learning and developing technology in a short time
under pressure.
* Be prepared to travel extensively.
