My client is leading global supplier of network video systems located in The
United States and the Netherlands. They are looking for a Senior Support
Engineer to be based in the Netherlands.The Senior Support Engineer will
focus on the design and implementation of network infrastructures. You are a
passionate specialist with a heart for network technology. Your technical
recommendations consist of solutions that result in video networks that fully
meet the wishes and demands of the customer. In addition, pre-sales activities
such as drafting quotations and demonstrating the products are part of the job.
You are also responsible for training the internal organization.
You will be working on further development of system concepts, within a
motivated team of specialists. The drive to accumulate and share knowledge and
the will to produce quality are essential for this position.
Profile:
* University degree or higher technical professional level (HBO/WO)
* Assisting the first line organisation with complex projects and projects based
on new products or technologies
* Drafting technical proposals, controlling and giving insight in (technical)
risks.
* Writing technical notes and FAQs
* Advising and assisting the first line Technical Support Engineers and Sales
Engineers with:
* Installation, acceptance, maintenance and error searching
* Product/concept demonstrations
* Integration, installation- and maintenance trainings
* Registering and giving feedback on customer wishes and customer satisfaction
Language is English with Dutch being useful but not necessary.
