Job Description:

· Identify prospective clients' business solution requirements

· Work directly with potential customers via proposal requests and actively prospect for new business opportunities

· In collaboration with Account Executives, present product functionality and benefits to prospective clients

· Demonstrate how proposed solution adds substantial value by replacing the prospect’s current business systems environment

· Articulates and demonstrates to prospects the value proposition across multiple business processes

· Adapt presentations and demonstrations to address prospect’s specific business needs

· Provide expert source of information and strategic insight on industry trends and best practices

· Provide product expertise in support of all sales cycle activities (trade shows, focus groups, discovery, qualification, RFI and RFP responses, solution demonstrations, conference room pilot and on-going Q&A)

· Provide information and strategic insight to clients and prospects on designated solutions within our clients Portfolio, including current and future integration points

· Assist in maintaining product demonstration environments and configuring demonstration data and scenarios as required in a sales cycle

· Work in partnership with the solutions group to present additional solutions to current clients to solve their business needs

· Establish relationship with the primary decision maker to facilitate future business development

· Coordinate with various internal resources and departments to secure and present appropriate proposal information to prospective and existing clients

· Communicate customer requirements to New Product Development and Product Marketing Groups

· Serve as the liaison between the client and implementation team to facilitate successful project implementations

Experience:

· 5+ years of pre-sales experience supporting software sales into Fashion Retail

· 5+ years hands on experience in Fashion Retail

· Extensive knowledge of Fashion Retail business processes including merchandise and assortment planning and merchandise management

· Superior communication, presentation and demonstration skills

· Strong creative and analytical skills

· Proven ability to work in multi-functional teams, network effectively

· Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to rapidly establish credibility in any client or prospective client engagement

· Fluency in French highly desirable

· Membership of relevant professional bodies of interest

· Willing to travel as required in UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa
