My client
is looking for
a Product Manager with a Life Science background to promote a new ground
breaking high resolution 3D Microscopy product aimed at the Neuroscience
market.. The successful
candidate will initially interact directly with customers in the neuroscience
community to promote this new technique. Typical responsibilities include
product demonstrations / presentations, customer support and training,
generation of sales and marketing literature, and definition of new product
features.
The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in Life Science, with previous
experience in sales or marketing for a scientific instrument company (preferably
providing microscopy products). Experience in SEM / TEM or light
microscopy is essential. Experience in imaging software including 3D image
reconstruction and preparing life science specimens for EM applications are
required. Experience in ultramicrotomy is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English are
essential. Frequent worldwide travels are required.
