They are looking for a Medical Physics Manager who will be responsible for management of personnel and resources that provide physics services to customers, both internal and external. These services include physics testing, product support, sales & marketing support, research & development support, and physics training.

The Medical Physics manager must work well with a diverse group of customers, and build strong cross-functional relationships with other departments. This position requires a commitment to process improvements, the ability to effectively drive projects to completion, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Significant travel may be required for customer and distributor site visits, trade shows or meetings, and customer collaborations.

The position is based in Brussels, Belgium.

REQUIREMENTS: -

•  An M.S. in Medical Physics or related field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred. Other qualifications with significant related work experience may be considered.
•  Experience in Medical Physics and Radiation Therapy, including experience in dosimetry, radiation therapy, and IMRT is strongly preferred
•  Exceptional inter-personal skills, inlcuding verbal and written communication skills, between technical, medical, and business colleagues and customers.
•  Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize.
•  Demonstrated ability to manage people and equipment amidst complex logical situations and conflicting business priorities.
•  Strong basic computer skills, including but not limited to the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) are required.
•  Facility in multiple European languages is a plus.
• Ability to travel, normally approximately 25%, but may be up to 50%, depending upon business needs.
