My client is looking for a talented Regional Service Manager to coordinate the delivery of technical support in Italy for an expanding global leader in high value medical radiation therapy systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics. Other qualifications with significant related work experience may also be considered
• At least 3 years of field support ideally with a Medical Device manufacturer.
• 3 - 5 years of management/leadership experience within the high technology service industry.
• Strong leadership/managerial skills.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relations skills.
• Italian native speaker as well as fluency in English required. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in basic administration of Windows-based computer hardware, software, and networking would be an advantage.
• An ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required
