Our client develops, manufactures and deploys advanced radiation therapy systems for the treatment of a wide variety of cancers. The systems combine integrated CT imaging with conformal radiation therapy to deliver sophisticated radiation treatments. They are looking for a Call Center Manager to be based in Brussels who will be responsible for directly supervising a team of
Call Center Engineers who provide initial contact, response and manage customer issues by effectively focusing resources to quickly resolve issues and escalating any unresolved issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications include:
* Technical certificate or Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics and at least 2 years of experience in the Medical device support industry. An advanced technical degree is a plus.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Experience in basic administration of Windows-based computer software and hardware would be an advantage.
* Good computer skills, including the use of standard office software programs including spreadsheet, word processing and email applications.
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ping, FTP, RDP, and Telnet. PERL and Unix is a plus.
* 2 years field service or customer support call center experience preferred.
* Multi-lingual is a plus.
* Local residence (Brussels Belgium) preferred.
