My client is looking for a Field Support Engineer to provide technical
support for their customers in Germany. The role is
to manage and resolve customer equipment issues as quickly as possible, either
by phone or on site, to minimize disruptions to patient therapy.
The positions may also involve providing support to
customer-employed in-house service personnel. This individual will also
communicate ideas, systemic problems, and user interface issues from the
end-user to Product Development.
Qualified candidates will have:-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics;
significant related work experience may be considered in lieu of formal
education.

At least 3 years of field support, engineering or manufacturing experience with
high technology electrical/electronic products is essential.
Prior work experience with a medical device
manufacturer would be a plus.
Other requirements:-
Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment;
Basic administration of Windows-based computer
hardware, software, and networking skills;
Excellent organizational, communication and
customer relations skills.
Currently reside in Europe.
