They are looking for an Applications Specialist for Europe to be based in Germany, who will be responsible for assisting in the development of customer training material, developing and advancing Operations, support of the commercial sales organization, as well as instruction for use of their system. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a significant amount of travel. Candidates will possess the ability to work well with a diverse professional group including physicians, physicists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, and administrative personnel. This position involves learning the system workflow process resulting in becoming an expert and customer champion.

Required qualifications for this position include:
* At least 3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy.
* R.T. (T) certification or equivalent.
* German native speaker with an excellent command of English. Additional European languages are an asset.
* Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to stand in front of a large group or class and effectively transfer information and knowledge.
* Excellent customer relations skills.
* Good computer skills, including the use of standard office software programs including spreadsheet, word-processing, and email applications.
* High energy level and an ability to travel extensively within the Central Europe region, as well as occasional travel to other international sites.
* Ability to keep up with the most recent treatment delivery and planning methods in order to meet the needs of curriculum development and to be able to compare/contrast our client's system with a customer's current treatment planning or delivery system.
* Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize multiple assignments.
