I am looking for a Technical Sales Executive for Sweden for my client a global
supplier of technical software for engineers and scientists.
We are seeking a dynamic person to take responsibility for growing the sales
value of their software. You will be communicating with and selling to existing
and potential customers. We are looking for a confident, people-oriented person
with excellent presentation skills and a proven business sales record to join
the technical sales team - experience in the sales of capital goods would be an
advantage. You will be selling to both commercial and academic prospects and
customers.
This is a permanent, full-time position, where you will be working from home,
growing the market as the basis for establishing an office.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
Managing and servicing accounts on the Markets in Sweden and Finland to maximise
their usage of products
Developing knowledge of the market place, key customers and contacts
Proactively prospecting and actively pursuing new opportunities including cold
calling and following up lapsed leads
Maintaining pipeline and customer records
Helping to manage customer expectations and escalating issues to suppliers if
required
Working with the marketing team providing ideas and customer feedback to improve
our literature and future marketing campaigns
Maintaining a broad appreciation of the complete range of products.

Must be an effective ‘closer of business’
Degree level education desirable or equivalent experience
Must be proactive and willing to take ownership of job responsibilities
Must be able to interact with people on all levels
