Job Title:          Customer Support Engineer

Key skills:        Scientific Instrumentation

Location:          Midlands - (Field based)

Duration:          Permanent

 

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Engineer for their range of Particle Technology Systems for the Biotech, Pharma and Industrial markets.

The role will cover on-site installations, routine maintenance, verification of equipment performance and operational quality and repair.

The position is field based covering the Midlands.

Education
Qualifications in Electronics, Chemistry to HND or equivalent level.

Experience

· Minimum of 1 years experience working on customer sites.
· Experience of working with laser based scientific instrumentation is an advantage.
· Current, full UK driving licence.

Knowledge / Skills

· Self motivated with good communication and organisational skills.
· Well-developed problem solving trouble shooting skills.
· Flexibility.
