Our client is a biotechnology company that develops and manufactures innovative kits and reagents for cell and molecular biology. They are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist for the UK.

You will be a key member of a highly motivated and enthusiastic team responsible for the continued development of sales for the United Kingdom. Reporting to the General Manager, Europe your role will involve regular attendance at conference trade shows and will require you to communicate with both new and existing accounts primarily via telephone contacts and customer visits to major biotechnology, pharmaceutical and academic institutions.

A life science graduate or postgraduate scientist you will be based in the London / Cambridge areas, ambitious and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous life science sales experience is preferred and strong planning and organizational skills coupled with creative problem solving capabilities and the ability to multitask are essential.
