Job Title:               Wind Tunnel Engineer

My client is looking for wind tunnel engineers who have experience in flow measurement techniques and wind tunnel operation.

Role:-
Installation of models and instrumentation
Instrumentation calibration and checking
Operation of wind tunnel and data acquisition systems
On-line quality checking of data
Interaction with project managers and project engineers to ensure project objectives are met

Experience:
The preferred candidate will have the following:
A degree in Aerospace or a related science / engineering discipline
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in flow measurement techniques and wind tunnel operation
Thorough understanding of flow measurement instrumentation
Preferably C+ and/or Labview Programming experience
A practical hands-on approach
Strong problem solving ability
Ability to work with commitment and accuracy under pressure with a high degree of self-motivation while operating as a team player at all times
Flexibility to work shifts as required by the project workload
